"Förra året dog en vän till mig. På ett foto från 2008 sitter han på en stol i ateljén vi delade, jag har målat av fotot i akvarell. Utklädd till honom har jag suttit i soffan i ateljén jag nu hyr, sen målade jag flera bilder av soffan också. Färgen flöt ut och det ser ut som ett ljussken på väggen ovanför soffan eller som om väggen håller på att lösas upp, sen ser det ut som en explosion."

 "A friend of mine died last year. In one photo from 2008 he´s sitting on a chair in the studio we shared, I have painted that photo in aquarelle. Dressed up like him I’ve been sitting in the sofa in the studio I now rent, and I have painted several pictures of the sofa as well. The colours floated out and it looks like a shining light on the wall above the sofa or as if the wall is about to dissolve, then it looks like an explosion."
